About this recipe: A refreshing margarita, made by mixing together water, tequila, limeade and triple sec, then freezing the mixture until a slushy-consistency is reached. Enjoy at your next dinner party.


Serves: 6 

  • 1 litre water
  • 350ml tequila
  • 1/2 recipe limeade concentrate
  • 125ml triple sec (orange flavoured liqueur)
  • 1 whole lime, cut into 6 wedges

Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:1day freezing  ›  Ready in:1day5min 

  1. Mix the water, tequila, limeade and triple sec in a freezer-safe container with a lid; stir. Cover and store in freezer until it reaches a slush-like consistency, about 24 hours. Serve in glasses garnished with lime wedges.
