    About this recipe: Poached salmon doesn't need to be complicated. This quick and easy recipe calls for 2 additional ingredients: stock and fresh herbs.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 fillets salmon
    • 1 (500g) tub fresh chicken stock
    • 1 bunch fresh dill, tied

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Place the salmon fillets in a large pot, and pour in the chicken stock. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to low; add bunch of dill. Cover and allow the salmon to poach for 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
