    About this recipe: A super-creamy, cheesy soup, which is packed full of chunky vegetables. Celery is simmered in a chicken stock with onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables and cheese. Perfect for a cold winter's night.

    Makes: 4 - 6 servings

    • 125g celery, chopped
    • 75g onion, chopped
    • 315g cubed potatoes
    • 450g frozen mixed vegetables
    • 4 cubes chicken stock
    • 600ml water
    • 450g Kraft processed cheese slices, unwrapped and chopped
    • 600ml milk
    • 2 tablespoons margarine

    1. In a large pot boil the chopped celery, chopped onion, potatoes, mixed vegetables, stock cubes and water until all the vegetables are tender.
    2. Add the processed cheese, milk and margarine. Heat until hot and serve.
