A truly scrumptious Chinese dish, which takes less than 10 minutes to cook. Chicken, celery, instant noodles and lettuce are simmered in a chicken stock, seasoned with turmeric, ginger, chilli and soy sauce.
Liked it a lot. Just recovering from stomach bug and told to stay off veg so omitted the sweetcorn,spring onion and the lettuce but still very good. Have saved recipe and will definitely do again. Next time though probably with all the bits added back. - 11 Nov 2013
Very easy to make . Could not find chilli paste for my ingredients so used sweet chilli sauce . Would defo do this again - 27 Jan 2013
good recipe, easy to follow. but the end result was a bit dark. but was really nice the whole family enjoyed it. defiantly a 'future recipe' - 25 Nov 2012
