2 avocados, halved and stones removed
2 tomatoes, diced
1 Scotch bonnet chilli, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely diced
1 lemon, juiced
450g cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
salt and pepper to taste

Scoop flesh out of the avocados and place it in a medium size mixing bowl. Mash the avocados well. Add lemon juice to the avocados and mix well. Place tomatoes, Scotch bonnet chilli, red onion, cottage cheese, garlic granules, salt and pepper into the mixing bowl; stir until the ingredient are combined. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
