Fantastic fish seasoning
This is a delicious seasoning mix to enhance the flavour of fish. Make a huge batch and store in an air-tight container. Use as a rub, in sauces or mix with olive oil as a barbecuing oil.

- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground dried sage
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules

- Combine the basil, rosemary, parsley, sea salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, celery salt and garlic granules in a mixing bowl until evenly blended.

This is very good seasoning. There is too much of something, can't quite figure out which spice it was. But great taste with fish. I pan fried it with Pam and lemon juice.
