Dry ranch dressing mix
This version of Ranch dressing mix beats any store-bought variety. Make a huge batch and store in an air-tight container until needed. The amounts in this recipe are simply guidelines, feel free to adjust each ingredient to your taste.
Ingredients
Serves: 20
- 4 tablespoons dried milk powder
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

- Mix the milk powder, dried onion, parsley, chives, salt, garlic granules, celery seeds, white pepper, paprika and dill together and store in a cool, dry place. For a finer texture, place ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times.
