About this recipe: A super-easy recipe. Venison is cooked in a slow cooker with soup, onion and carrots. It's hearty and totally delicious. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or over pasta. Perfect for the cold winter nights.


Serves: 6 

  • 900g venison stewing meat
  • 1 (295g) tin cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • 1 (400g) tin classic beef broth
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, cut into 2.5cm pieces

  1. In a slow cooker, combine venison, soups, onion and carrots. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
