A delicious Chinese-inspired baked fish supper. Snapper fillet is dipped in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic, then baked in a foil pouch to perfection. Serve with freshly cooked rice or salad.
I used this to make Basa for the first time. I was gorgeous. Will use for various fish again. My husband loved it as well. Thanks for sharing. - 12 Jan 2018
This was easy and added lots of flavor to the fish! - 25 May 2010 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
Delicious! The flavors are beautifully balanced. I chose to bake the fish uncovered so the soy and honey made a glaze. We all enjoyed it and will have it again. Best of all there is no leftover fishy odor. Thank you, Christina - 11 Jan 2015 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
