This is a great alternative to porridge. Couscous is cooked in milk and honey, then tossed with dried apricots, raisins and flaked almonds. It's so good that you can serve it as a dessert.
I made this using rice milk and whole wheat couscous and it was great. Been having it for a week straight. Used 1 cup of milk to 1/2 a cup of couscous for 1-2 servings - 06 May 2012

Not made this yet but it could be made using Quinoa which is super healthy and tasty. Recipe looks good though and I'll be making it soon :D - 12 Nov 2013
