Punchy pomegranate martini
This alcoholic drink is fruity and refreshing. Pomegranate juice is shaken with ice, citron vodka, orange liqueur, sparkling water and lemon juice. It's perfect for summer.

- 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 85ml citron vodka
- 2 tablespoons orange-flavoured liqueur
- 1 cupful crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons sparkling water
- 1 wedge fresh lemon
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

- Combine pomegranate juice, vodka, orange liqueur and ice in a cocktail shaker. Add sparkling water and a little lemon juice, if desired. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
