Frozen kiwi margarita

    A splendid way of making use of kiwis when they're in season. This cocktail is fresh, fruity and refreshing. It's perfect for those sticky summer months. Enjoy at your next barbecue.

    Serves: 4 

    • 60g icing sugar
    • 75ml gold tequila
    • 75ml triple sec
    • 2 large kiwis, peeled
    • 250ml fresh lime juice
    • 2 cupfuls small ice cubes

    1. Combine the sugar, tequila, triple sec, kiwis and lime juice in a liquidiser; fill with ice cubes; blend until smooth.
