Used different ingredients. So good, but needed fresh garlic (Everything does!) - 24 Jul 2008
This recipe is amazing! I've never used turkey mince before & wasn't sure what to make with it, then I found this recipe! My husband hates olives so instead I used half a diced red onion. The burgers were really moist, without adding any stock like other tweaks, and were very morish! I made quite thick burgers & got 7 in total, and served with a salad - no bread used lettuce leaves instead. Although still not enough we're both still hungry! - 07 Jun 2009
Used different ingredients. At first I was hesitant about this recipe because I thought the burgers would be a bit too dry. I ended up using minced turkey breast meat and added about 4 tablespoons of chicken stock to the mixture of meat, feta and olives before I formed the patties. They turned out to be juicy and wonderful! - 24 Jul 2008
