    About this recipe: This cocktail is of Italian origins. Equal parts of campari, gin and sweet vermouth are lightly diluted with sparkling water. Serve as a pre-dinner drink to stimulate the appetite.

    Makes: 1 

    • 1 1/2 tablespoons campari
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons gin
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
    • 4 tablespoons sparkling water
    • 1 wedge lemon, for garnish

    1. In a rocks glass over ice, combine campari, gin, sweet vermouth. Fill with sparkling water and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
