This omelette is quick and easy to make. Eggs are squished in a resealable bag with cheese, ham, pepper, onion, tomato, salsa and mushrooms, then boiled in the bag. Serve for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
I make this for breakfast every day, but I find the eggs are still runny and not cooked properly if I cook it for less than 20 minutes. Am I doing something wrong? - 21 Sep 2016
omg i am going to have to try this, sounds awesome and so quick update.... this is so yummy and sooooo healthy, i only had cheese, onions and mushrooms, and eggs . This will now be the way i cook my omelettes from now on, no matter what i put in it. smiling big time here. - 07 Feb 2015
Absolutely lovely! tried this last night I added courgettes and mushrooms instead of green pepper and onion but its omelette pretty much anything goes. I much prefer this way of doing omelette to fried. - 09 Oct 2013
