About this recipe:A highly flavoured sprouts recipe. Brussels are marinated with tomatoes and red onion in a French dressing, then sauteed in a pan over the barbecue. It's a great side dish to any meal.
450g frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
125ml French dressing
salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl , mix Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, red onion, French dressing, salt and pepper. Cover and let stand at room temperature approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Preheat an outdoor barbecue for high heat.
Transfer Brussels sprouts mixture to a heavy medium frying pan. Cover and cook on prepared barbecue 10 minutes. Remove the lid and continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender.
