    About this recipe: A simple and satisfying dish, which is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. It has everything that a hearty breakfast should have - eggs, hash browns, ham and cheese.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 - 8

    • 8 eggs
    • 250ml milk
    • 310g hash browns
    • 135g diced cooked ham
    • 120g grated Cheddar cheese
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Lightly grease an 20x20cm or similar sized baking dish.
    2. Beat eggs in a large bowl; stir in the milk. Stir in the potatoes, ham and cheese. Season to taste and pour into prepared dish.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
