This pear tart is absolutely delicious. A shortcrust pastry case is filled with sliced pears and custard, before being baked to perfection. It's the perfect autumn treat to enjoy any time of the year.

Great taste! I substituted vanilla extract for almond extract, added ground almonds on top and served it with caramel sauce. The combination is just perfect! - 28 Sep 2016
