Sherbet Sour
This alcoholic drink is highly refreshing and is puckerlicious. Vodka is shaken with ice, sour apple schnapps and triple sec, served in a sherbet rimmed martini glass and garnished with a lime wedge.

- 75ml vodka
- 2 tablespoons sour apple schnapps
- 2 tablespoons triple sec
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 sherbet straw, opened

- Pour the vodka, schnapps and triple sec into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Wet the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lime wedge and dip into the sherbet straw. Strain the cocktail into the martini glass to serve.
Ingredients
Sherbet straws can be purchased in speciality shops or online.
