About this recipe: A wonderfully creative alcoholic drink, made by shaking together vodka, ice, hazelnut liqueur, coconut rum and single cream. Cinnamon sticks and a cherry, are used to represent the antlers and the nose of the Rudolph the reindeer. It's the perfect Christmastime drink.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1

    • 4 tablespoons vodka
    • 2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur, such as Frangelico
    • 2 tablespoons coconut flavoured rum
    • 2 tablespoons single cream
    • 2 (10cm) cinnamon sticks
    • 1 cocktail cherry

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Ready in:5min

    1. Pour the vodka, hazelnut liqueur, rum and single cream into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the cinnamon sticks to look like antlers and the cherry on the rim to look like a nose.

Yummy! My husband suggested a dash of nutmeg on the top, and it really pulled it together (not to mention making the presentation a little nicer -- brown like a deer!)  -  26 Dec 2010  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Really good, but a bit too strong (and I am a big martini drinker!). Just cut the vodka by half and the recipe is perfect.  -  02 Jan 2011  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

I thought it was good but my guests felt like this was very strong! The kids idea with chocolate milk was a hit. Make sure you use a very shallow glass so the antlers stand up.  -  12 Dec 2010  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
