Festive rudolph-tini

    A wonderfully creative alcoholic drink, made by shaking together vodka, ice, hazelnut liqueur, coconut rum and single cream. Cinnamon sticks and a cherry, are used to represent the antlers and the nose of the Rudolph the reindeer. It's the perfect Christmastime drink.

    • 4 tablespoons vodka
    • 2 tablespoons hazelnut liqueur, such as Frangelico
    • 2 tablespoons coconut flavoured rum
    • 2 tablespoons single cream
    • 2 (10cm) cinnamon sticks
    • 1 cocktail cherry

    1. Pour the vodka, hazelnut liqueur, rum and single cream into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with the cinnamon sticks to look like antlers and the cherry on the rim to look like a nose.
