    About this recipe: A simple, refreshing, fruity and salty alcoholic drink. Dry gin is poured over ice with grapefruit juice and salt, then stirred. Enjoy this wonderful summer cocktail anytime of the year.

    Serves: 1 

    • 3 tablespoons dry gin
    • 150ml grapefruit juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    1. In a highball glass over ice, combine gin, grapefruit juice and salt. Stir well.
