This baked fish dish is low in fat, but not low in flavour. Mahi mahi fillets are drizzled with sesame oil, seasoned and coated with ginger and toasted sesame seeds, before being baked to perfection. Serve with a salad for a light lunch or with rice, potatoes or noodles for a satisfying dinner.
