    About this recipe: A tangy, oil-free salad dressing with chopped tomato, herbs and mustard. Virtually fat free. Great on a green salad.

    Serves: 4 

    • 175g (6 oz) chopped fresh tomato
    • 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon ketchup
    • 1 dessertspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil
    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme

    1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
