A smooth, green and spicy salsa. Coriander, garlic, chillies, lettuce, avocados, olive oil and water are blitzed together in a liquidiser. Enjoy as a dip, condiment or as a sauce.
Tinned poblano chillies can be purchased in Hispanic speciality shops or online. Alternatively, use fresh mild chillies to taste.
This is my recipe, and they did not include 3 green onions to the ingredients. I have contacted them but they have never fixed it. So, add 3 green onions to ingredients and chop it up with everything else. Also the water can be adjusted to how thick you like your sauce.
