    About this recipe: This is a delicious dip, which is quick and easy to make. Cream cheese is blended with soured cream and Parmesan, then layered with pesto and walnuts. Serve with crackers or crostini.

    Serves: 16 

    • 225g cream cheese, softened
    • 75ml soured cream or creme fraiche
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 6 tablespoons pesto
    • 4 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts

    1. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, soured cream and Parmesan cheese.
    2. In a small clear glass serving dish, spread 1/3 the cream cheese mixture. Top with 2 tablespoons pesto. Repeat layering, ending with a topping of pesto. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
