30g unsalted butter
4 tablespoons water
200g caster sugar
45g popped butter flavoured popcorn

Line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
In a large pot, combine butter, water and sugar. Bring to the boil. Boil 4 minutes; remove from heat. Introduce popcorn and stir to coat evenly. Pour onto prepared baking trays and let cool before serving.
