2 (410g) tins blackeyed beans, drained and rinsed
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
45g chopped Scotch bonnet chillies or to taste
225ml Italian dressing
cayenne pepper to taste
2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
