A paste is made with loads of garlic, fresh dill and olive oil. This is rubbed onto salmon fillets and left to marinate for a few hours before you cook them. The herb paste is wonderful with salmon but will work well on halibut or cod too!
Not being a fan of salmon, I tried this recipe in the hope that it would add some flavour to what I consider to be a very bland fish. Oh my, it was delicious. Only used half a head of garlic, added more dill, and some lemon juice. I also wrapped the fish in tinfoil to bake them. I will be using this recipe time and ti e again. - 01 Nov 2015
Lovely twist on salmon, added some lemon juice and only used 2 cloves of garlic but then I only used 2 small pieces of salmon as just for the two of us, worked into a paste in a bowl didn't need to use processer..... Also wrapped in foil, yummy 😀 - 03 Feb 2016
