450g minced beef
450g minced turkey
450g fresh Italian sausage, casings removed
1 large onion, diced
55g Italian style seasoned breadcrumbs
40g porridge oats
2 tablespoons Italian herb seasoning
vegetable oil for frying

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
Combine beef, turkey, sausagemeat, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, oats and seasoning in a large bowl. Shape into 5cm diametre balls.
Heat about 1.25cm vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Brown meatballs in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a glass baking dish.
