    About this recipe: This cocktail is a great way of making use of leftover cranberry sauce. It's stirred with bourbon whisky, orange liqueur, aromatic bitters and water. Serve over ice, if desired.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/2 cupful crushed ice
    • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce
    • 4 tablespoons bourbon whisky
    • 1/2 teaspoon brandy-based orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
    • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
    • 2 tablespoons cold water

    1. Muddle the crushed ice and cranberry sauce in a rocks glass until the ice has been tinged red. Pour in the whisky, orange liqueur, bitters and water. Stir and serve.
