    About this recipe: This is a modern take on the traditional guacamole. Avocados are blended with black beans, sweetcorn, onion, salsa, coriander and chilli powder. Use it as a dip, condiment or a sandwich filler.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 12 

    • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
    • 1 1/3 (410g) tins black beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 1/2 (198g) tins sweetcorn, drained
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 185g salsa
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons chilli powder
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. In a bowl, mix the avocados, black beans, sweetcorn, onion, salsa, coriander and lemon juice. Season with chilli powder, salt and pepper.
