Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the coconut rum, raspberry liqueur, Blue Curacao, sweet and sour mix and pineapple juice. Shake for about 15 seconds, then pour into a martini glass filled with a scoop of crushed ice. Garnish with a cocktail parasol.
