Make jelly to 1 pint following the pack's instructions, leave to cool (not set).
Take a quarter of the marshmallows and put to 1 side for the top. With the remanding marshmallows, cut them into pieces and mash into the double cream. When jelly has cooled mix the jelly with the marshmallows and cream and place in a bowl.
With the marshmallows that you reserved, dot them along the top of the mixture and put the dessert into fridge to set roughly 2 hours, then serve.
