A delicious Chinese stir-fry dish. Prawns are stir-fried with green beans, carrots and celery, before being simmered in a rich tomato-based sauce. Serve with freshly cooked rice.

The flavours were nice but it seemed a bit watery. I would probably add less water next time or add some cornflour to thicken it.
