About this recipe:
Very simple sauce but very very tasty for chicken, really lightens it up! You can use the Italian soft blue-veined cheese, Dolcelatte, or substitute Stilton.
500ml single cream
salt and pepper to taste
200ml white wine
6 slices Dolcelatte (or Stilton) cheese
- Heat up a saucepan on med heat and add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to slightly boiling.
- Stir in the white wine.
- Add Dolcelatte or Stilton, stir. Once the sauce is thick, serve.
