    About this recipe: Very simple sauce but very very tasty for chicken, really lightens it up! You can use the Italian soft blue-veined cheese, Dolcelatte, or substitute Stilton.

    Serves: 2 

    • 500ml single cream
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 200ml white wine
    • 6 slices Dolcelatte (or Stilton) cheese

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Heat up a saucepan on med heat and add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to slightly boiling.
    2. Stir in the white wine.
    3. Add Dolcelatte or Stilton, stir. Once the sauce is thick, serve.
