Clean and cut the chanterelles into pieces.
Fry the bacon over medium heat. Add the onions and fry until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 15 minutes in a covered pan.
Mix the flour with the soured cream and add to the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and stir in chopped parsley right at the end.
