About this recipe: Baked potatoes are a super simple side dish for your favourite pan fried or grilled meat. Add a fresh salad and you have a delicious quick lunch or dinner.


Serves: 4 

  • 1kg new potatoes
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • 2-3 sprigs of rosemary

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C C / Gas 6.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut into approximately 5mm thick slices or small pieces. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle the rosemary over the top.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden-brown.
