I skipped the vanilla extract and added a good dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt, since I like the creaminess that brings to a smoothie. Used a frozen banana and added crushed ice, since we prefer a consistency a little on the thick side. Particularly like the addition of the fresh lemon and orange juices in this smoothie.
