BBQ seasoning

    15 min

Last Christmas, my brother-in-law gave everyone in the family a jar of his homemade BBQ seasoning. I just put it in the cupboard and totally forgot about it, but recently I opened it up and was completely amazed. It's great to use on chicken, beef, fish and even vegetables.

You really do not need to add the oil. Simply rub with a little of this and let it sit. Barbecue, cook in the oven or whatever. Rubs are great !  -  02 Dec 2011  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
