300g fresh broccoli
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Wash the broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté the garlic over a gentle heat fir 2-3 minutes. Add the broccoli and stir it in the pan for 2 minutes so that it is covered with olive oil. Now add the chicken stock and cover. Increase the temperature to a medium heat and fry for approximately 8 minutes, until the broccoli is soft.
