900g chicory
4 large juicy oranges
100g walnuts
5 tablespoons soured cream
5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Pinch of grated root ginger

Clean the chicory and cut into fine strips.
Peel the orange, cut and remove the skin carefully. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Toast the walnuts in a frying pan or in the oven until they smell good, but are not burnt.
Mix soured cream, yoghurt, lemon juice and ginger. Mix with the chicory, walnuts, oranges and mix and serve immediately.
