About this recipe:My mum invented this drink when we were overrun with fresh blackcurrants. You could try using redcurrants or another type of fruit - sweet, juicy raspberries, strawberries or blackberries might work well!
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blackcurrant branches and lemon balm to the garnish
