This pancake is super easy to bake and tastes wonderful. You can flavour the batter with cinnamon or vanilla. The best way to bake the pancakes is in a deep cast-iron pan. Classically served with icing sugar, but I often serve it with nuts or butter on top and drizzled with lemon juice.
