    • 100g (4 oz) Gorgonzola cheese
    • 50g (2 oz) unsalted butter

    1. In a food processor, combine Gorgonzola cheese and butter. Process until smooth.

    This is just awesome atop grilled steaks. Combine ingredients, chill or freeze, top the steaks, then put under the broiler to brown the cheese and slightly melt the butter just prior to serving.  -  22 Jun 2008  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)


    You'll have to be a Gorgonzola lover for this one. You can also use a combination of Asiago and Gorgonzolla to cut the bleu cheese flavor.
