About this recipe:I recently made this vinaigrette for a party and it was a hit! It is fantastic on a plain green salad, or on a Greek-inspired salad with feta, cos lettuce and tomatoes. It also tastes great on fresh bread.
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
3-4 tablespoons water
1 clove garlic, pressed through the garlic press
4 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
25g capers, drained and chopped
25g black olives, pitted and chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
