This is a fantastically easy pizza recipe. The pizza base is different from the norm, but is quick to make and tastes delicious. You can top the pizza however you like - I usually just use whatever I have in the fridge.
Flavour was great but was a bit doughy in the middle, cooked it slightly longer as well but either my baking powder wasnt working (and its new) or it needed to be rolled thinner to make it crisper. used the largest size tray I had so next time will prob divide into two and make it thin or increase the baking powder to give it more 'air'. All that said loved the idea of using Quark in the dough and will definitely make it again with the above tweaks - 08 Feb 2011
