About this recipe:Broccoli is quickly fried in a pan with a little soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil. Sesame oil goes a long way, so start with just a drop. I fry it so that it is still quite crunchy - a super-fast, vegetarian side dish.
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
500g broccoli florets
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
a little sesame oil

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry garlic for 1 minute, add broccoli and fry for a further 1 minute. Pour in water and cover.
Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Uncover. Stir in soy sauce and sugar. Stir-fry for another 1 minute and when the broccoli is as cooked as you desire, add a few drops of sesame oil.
