280g plain flour
4 level teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
55g cold butter
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons cream
3 tablespoons milk

Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas 7.
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in the food processor using the pulse setting. Add the butter in pieces and process to a crumble. Add the beaten eggs, cream and milk and run the machine until the dough forms thick clumps.
Briefly and lightly knead the dough and divide into 10 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and press flat. Place a good distance apart on a baking tray (lined with baking parchment or greased). Bake for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven until golden-brown. Eat whilst warm.
