About this recipe: Just four ingredients results in a delicious and easy pork chop dish. This recipe is unbelievably fast - the pork chops are baked with cream and cheese. It's particularly delicious with potatoes as the cheesy sauce goes so well with them.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 pork chops or medallions
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 400ml cream
  • 4 heaped tablespoons plain flour
  • 200g grated Gruyere cheese

  1. Grease a baking dish with butter and preheat the oven to 170 C / Gas 3.
  2. Pound the pork thin, rub lightly with salt and pepper and place in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Mix the cream with flour and some salt and pour over the pork. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.


Even extra cheese on top tastes especially delicious! You can use other types of cheese depending on personal preference.
