I love raclette and make it often just in a pan - you don't need a raclette grill or anything! With it you can just eat a salad or mixed pickles. A simple, delicious lunch that will transport you to the Alps!

Raclette cheese - 2 slices per potato
Method Prep:5min › Cook:25min › Ready in:30min
Boil potatoes in salted water until soft and peel.
Place raclette cheese slices over medium heat into a non-stick pan close to the end of the potatoes' cooking time.
Melt the cheese for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately with the warm potatoes.
